On 27 January 2015, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) organised a

meeting civil society organisations (CSOs) in Istanbul with the objective to discuss EBRD current and prospected activities in the context of the review of the Bank’s Strategy for Turkey. The Strategy is aimed at assessing the operational environment and providing strategic guidance to the Bank’s operations for a four year period. 21 participants attended the event coming from 19 civil society organisations. Yorgancıoğlu's first book, published in 2003, commemorates the Nemrut Kommagene festival and the CD and book sales revenues of the poems are transferred to the education and tourism promotion in the East by the Governorate. 2. This book was also published by the Governorate as a Culture publication.Cigdem is a world traveler that travels on five continents and also in Turkey and exhibits abroad, make presentations with performance. Cigdem Yorgancioglu  sucessfully represented Turkey  abroad in  education, social sciences, arts (painting, poetry, theatrical performance, academic presentation, keynote speaker). Çeşitli illerde Kültür Turizm Bakanlığı Valilik ve Belediyelerin düzenlemiş olduğu Uluslararası festivallere Konuşmacı, Eğitimci, Sanatçı ya da Jüri üyesi olarak katılan Yorgancıoğlu Türkiye’de eğitim, resim ve makalelerinde anagramları da kullanarak “Oulipo” tekniğini uygulayan ilk kişi olarak da tanınmaktadır.  Türkiye’yi Büyükelçilik ve Ticaret Odası destekli olarak Yurt dışında temsil eden bir sanatçı ve eğitmendir.

FESTİVALİN UNUTULMAZ SANATÇISI EFTALYA

SANATÇI BİYOGRAFİSİ- ARTISTIC BIODATA resım ve teatral performans

Göklerin ve yerlerin 7 katı titredi, evvel zaman içinde, 1384’ te Galata kulesi ile aynı tarihte,  Ekmeğin  7 yüz gramın 50 gr altında ve 80 kuruştan  satıldığı Ay’a henüz ayak basılmamışken İstanbul’da doğan ve doğumumdan 2 gün sonra Boğaz Köprüsü ihaleye verilen, sanatçı 6 Yaşında babası ile birlikte resim yapmaya başladı ve 7 iklim dünyayı gezince anladı ki İstanbul’dan daha güzel resim yok. 7 yaşında Terakki yolunda başladığı öğrenim macerasını Boğaziçi Üniversitesi’nde İdari Bilimler fakültesinde devam ettirdi. Hayatın içindeki öğrenimi ise hala sürmekte.

 

 

 “ 1987 senesinde Yaklaşık  7 bin yıl önce oluşmuş derinliği 50 metre ile 120 metre arasında değişen Marmara sularından Boğazı Rumeli  yakasından  Orhan Veli’yi ve 7.padişahın imzasını attığı surları selamlayıp, henüz 7.Padişahın ismi ile anılan köprü yapılmamışken şimdiki köprünün gölgesinin sülüeti üzerinden Anadolu’ya  yüzerek geçti.1989 senesinde ilk scuba dalışını gerçekleştirdiği Dünya’nın 7 harikasından birinin bulunduğu beldede (Mausoleum)  Bodrum’da , (2003)  ilk kişisel sergisi “HALICARNASUS’u gerçekleştirdi. Türkiye’de pantolonuna, röntgen filmlerine  resim yapan ilk kız olarak basında yer aldı. Sözkonusu pantolon Newyork City Central Park’ta  Yunanlı bir sanatçıya hediye edildi ve bu pantolon 1997 Ekim’inde Central Park’ta  sirtaki dansı yaptı. Amsterdam‘da Damrak meydanında şapkalara Prusya mavisi resimler yapıp  meydanda dağıtan Yorgancıoğlu; Singapur’da Sri Marinan tapınağının çöp tenekesini boyadıktan sonra, Yeni Zelanda ziyareti sırasında bir Maori nin yüzüne, daha sonra da kayığının pruvasına resim yaptı. Resimlerin çoğunluğu fırça değmeksizin  parmakları ile yapıldı. Amsterdam’da şapkalardan birinin resim yapıldıktan sonra kedi kuyruğu sürtündüğü için orada bir parça fırça darbesi olması kaçınılmazdı. ” Deniz Kızı Eftalya ” olarak anılan sanatçı tarihi, uzayı, evreni, zamansızlığı, suları, su perilerini, hatta mitolojiyi hiç eksik etmedi sergilerinden .”Suda gezer bütün düşünceler ve ne var ne yok su gibi akar gider. Hikâyelerin bir çoğu suda başlıyor ve sudan konuşuyor dedi hep . Sergilerinin hepsinde, kendi kaderinin de bir parçası olan bir enigma ve bir kodlama oldu, oulipo ve anagramlar döndü dolaştı.

Eserleri Newyork, İngiltere Hollanda ,İtalya ve Almanya'da çeşitli sanat magazinlerinde ve portallerde yayınlanan sanatçı 35 senedir günlük tutuyor. 91 yaşına kadar yaşayıp  yazmayı ,öğrenmeyi  ve resim yapmayı diliyor, 5 kıtada 7 iklim dünyayı gezen ve gezdiği ülkelere şapkalarını bırakan  İşletmeci , Ekonomist ve aynı zamanda noter yeminli İngilizce Türkçe tercüman olan sanatçı gecelerini sanata adamış. Hobilerine ,yüzmek, gelgit tabloları çıkararak Kuzey denizlerinde  saatlerce  köpek balığı dişleri  toplamak ve gezdiği ülkelerden getirdiği taş, toprak, fosil  ve kumları  biriktirmenin yanında  safari  ve fillerle yüzmek yer alıyor.

İlk şiir kitabı Aralık 2003'te yayınlanan sanatçının ilk defa Doğu'ya adımını atıp Nemrut Kommagene  festivali ansına   yazdığı şiirlerin CD ve kitap satış gelirleri  ise Valilik tarafından Doğu'da eğitime ve Turizm tanıtımına aktarılıyor .İkinci kitabı ise Amasya Valiliği tarafından basılmış olan kitabı 65.000 Dev Öğrenci Projesine adanmış olan kitabı aynı zamanda okullarda ders kitabı olarak da okutulmakta ..

Türkiye’de resimlerinde anagramları da kullanarak “Oulipo” oyununu oynayan ilk kişi olarak da tanınan sanatçı Sosyal sorumluluk projelerine destek vermekten son derece keyif alıyor . Hali hazırda RICHLEND  adlı NGO Platformun da kurucu ortağı 24 yıllık iş deneyimine sahip olup, Bilgi Teknolojileri, İletişim, Telekomunikasyon, Gıda, FMCG, Lojistik, Enerji, Farmakoloji, Dış Ticaret vb  sektöründe  teknik iş, sözleşme riskleri ve yapılabilirlikleri ile ilgili danışmanlık  ve “Paradigma Yaşam Boyu değişime Öz dönüşüm” Farklı Bak Fark Yarat konusunda  yaşam koçluğu hizmeti vermektedir

2004 Yılında sergisini EFTALYA ismi ile  beş asırlık tarihi bir hamamda ( AKADEMİ İSTANBUL 5.binası)  açan sanatçı ,aynı yıl Bağdat caddesi üzerinde de “CALYPSO” isimli kişisel sergisini açtı. 2005 kış sezonunda Beyoğlu Belediye başkanının  ve basının katılımı  ile İstanbul ,Beyoğlu   Fransız sokağında  “CALLİSTA isimli kişisel sergisi ve teatral sunumları ile Türk ve dünya basınında  ses getiren ve sergisi TV da yayınlanan Yorgancioğlu ‘nun  Florida West Palm Beach ’teki EFTALYA ALA TURCA isimli sergisi Signature Grand Balo Salonunda  , kısa adı    V.O.I...C.E olarak bilinen (Volunteers of International Culture and Education) tarafından düzenlenen  baloda ilgi gördü ve resim satış geliri sanatçı tarafından Trabzon’un Akçaabat ilçesine bağlı, bir dağ köyünde  Işık Beldesi  İlköğretim okulunun onarımına bağışlandı .Sosyal sorumluk projeleri arasında yer alan bu projede MIM CHI 360 performansın sonunda Florida Turkleri dostu ve eski bir dans performansçısı İ.İ ile  ile baloda amatör vals yaptı .

2005 Yılı yazında Sanatçı 1.Antakya Bienal’i  ve Kişisel Resim Sergisi Teatral dramaları ve Şiir dinletileri kapsamında Türkiye’nin incisi Antakya’nın tanıtımına da katkıda bulunmak üzere bir adım daha attı . Oulipo oyunundan anagramlarla isimlendirdiği sergisi “Antakyalı” sözcüğünden ALTIN AYAK, ALTIN KAYA YALAN KITA, YALIN TAKA ya dönüştü. Sergi sırasında elleri ile bir kayığı boyayıp aynı zamanda TRT radyolarından canlı yayında şiirlerini de dinleyicilerle paylaştı  ve şiirleri ve sunumu TV Ana haber bülteninden bir parça olarak bienal kapsamında gösterildi .Etkinlikte Türk fotoğraf sanatının öncülerinden fotograf sanatcısı Ersin Alok ile de açılış ta bir sunum yaptı

Nişantaşı Starmar’da açtığı “CALLISTO” isimli kişisel sergisi  ile suları  ve su perilerini yeniden gökyüzüne taşıyan Çiğdem  2006 Yazında Çek Cumhuriyeti’nin başkenti Prag'da Na Prikope bulvarında  ise  zihinsel problemli / engelli  öğrenme bozukluğu çeken kişilerin topluma daha rahat ve özgür katılımlarını ve kazanılmasını sağlamak ve ilaç tedavisinden ziyade sosyal anlamda desteklenerek kendilerine güven sağlamayı da amaçlayan  bir proje kapsamında, Portus Praha  fon kaynakları ile  Slapy 'de yapılacak ev projesi olan  ve Buy-a-Brick Action  ya da Cekce deyimi ile (AKCE CIHLA )adı verilen briketlerden oluşan sanat eserine 34 adet briket için resim yaparak  katkıda bulundu .Yorgancıoğlu bu etkinlik sırasında Mim Chi 360 Dans tiyatrosu performansını da sergiledi

Ayvalık’ta “EFTALYA AYIŞIĞI VE ZEYTİNDALI “adlı sergisinde şiirsel ve teatral bir sunum performans gösterisi yapan  ,(100 senelik bir Rum Marangozhanesinde)Karagöz Sanatevi'nde 4 gün içinde  Zeytinin öyküsünü  yeniden yaratırken Şeytan’ın Sofrasında yanan kızılçamların aşkla yeniden dirilişine ses veren  sanatçı Eylül Ekinoksunda Rumeli caddesinde 100 yıllık tarihi bir binada  İstanbul 2010 Avrupa Kültür başkenti Projesi için  ön destek hazırlık olarak nitelendirdiği, 7 Tepeli şehir İstanbul’dan 7 bölgeli Türkiye içinde oyunlar içinde oyunlarla dolu ve dünya mimarlık tarihinin en görkemli yapılarından olup dünyanın Antik  7 harikasından birinin sütunlarını içinde yaşatan (Efes-Artemis) “kutsal Bilgeliğin”(Hagia Sophia)  timsali Ayasofya’yı da dünyanın Yeni  7 harikası arasına alınması için, gerçeklere dayanan poetik  öyküleri kapsayan ve yeni Milenyumda “ALTIN ÇAĞ :ISTANBUL 2000 ON”  projesinin ilk parçası olan “EFTALYA 7 RUMELİ ‘DEN 7 ANADOLU’YA”  isimli 9.kişisel resim sergisi ve teatral sunumlarını Şişli Belediye Başkanı yardımcısı tarafından açıldı ve  çeşitli TV  kanallarında  yayınlandı . Doluca şarapları sponsorluğundaki 10.Kişisel sergi ve teatral sunumu ile 7.Ayda doğan EFTALYA , gene anagramlardan örerek bir tematik İstanbul ‘a bir kez daha merhaba dedi ve  .” GALATA ,PERA ,  EFTALYA ile eski takvimlerin 1752 ye kadar yılbaşı kabul edildikleri bir günde şiir ve yıllanmış leziz bir şarap tadı aromasında geldi  Beyoğlu’na .
